Following a weekend filled with best-on-best matchups across the country, there were plenty of upsets at the top of the rankings this week. As such, we have two new teams occupying the top spots in this week’s JRN Media Poll, sponsored by WinTech and King Racing.

Princeton and Brown swapped places once again as the tight race in the middle of the pack on the east coast continues to grow in speculation with just one more week of racing before the eastern sprints.
Further down, the only other significant movement came from the Wisconsin badgers who moved up three spaces to enter the top twelve after winning two out of three on Lake Moray this weekend against higher-ranked opposition.

On the women’s side, number two also defeated number one as Stanford made the trip to Texas, comfortably beating the defending champions across all three NCAA boats. This emphatic victory also secures the first unanimous number one in the women’s media poll, giving a strong outlook towards the conference and national championships as they approach.
Other risers include UCF and Indiana who swept the NCAA boat classes in their respective Saturday races, while Duke continue to rebuild with a strong performance at Lake Wheeler.
On the other end of things, Ohio State have fallen in the rankings after an underperformance against top opposition on Lake Carnegie with strong performances around them.
